"I’ve been seeing Fryda for cut and color for a year now and my hair has never been healthier. In just a year, I’ve noticed faster growth and thicker hair and I believe it’s due to the long term planning she does at every appointment. She always plans for the future health of my hair and not just what will look good for now, and it shows. I started off just getting cuts with her and I appreciate that she balances my wants with what is realistic and best for my hair type and texture. Even air dried, my hair has never looked better, it has so much movement and shine and I love her layering technique! We’ve been working on maintaining the fullness of my hair while leaving room for those tik tok layers we all love. I only started doing color in October and I have very black hair naturally, so it’s been a slower process so as to not fry my hair. Thanks to her long term planning and my meticulous at-home hair routine, it was healthy enough that she was able to get it to this gorgeous mushroom/bronde tone in our second session! Fryda’s work speaks for itself but it’s her personality that also keeps me coming back. It feels like I’m seeing a friend every single time and it’s just cozy and welcoming in there. She’s so funny and kind on top of being extremely talented. Her pricing is very fair to me given the hours and hours of work she puts in for each appointment, she truly is a perfectionist. Part of me doesn’t want to leave this review because it’s already hard to get an appointment with her, but her work is too good not to share, especially for my fellow brunettes. The salon itself is lovely as well, the receptionist is always warm and there’s a ton of beverage options which I appreciate. All that to say, I love my hair very much, thank you Fryda :)"
