What is the booking process?

 

The best way to book is by filling out the new client form in the "new guests" page.  This will help me determine wether we need to consult in person and/or which service to pair you with. After that, I will reach out to you  with the next steps. Please note my scheduling and inventory does not allow for color corrective services at this time.

​What is your cancellation policy?

​

As a gentle reminder, when I book an appointment time for you, I am turning away other clients in order to secure your time slot. For this reason, I follow a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. 


I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window will be charged a non-refundable, non transferrable 50% of the quoted time slot for services.

 

Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged the full service price. Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in being blocked from scheduling.

What if I'm running late?​

Please keep in mind we are near train tracks, so plan for your commute accordingly.

Running over 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled to my next availability. Sometimes I will honor an appointment the same day, upon my discretion. However,  please know we will be either shortening the service or not doing all the services you signed up for in order to accomodate the guests scheduled after you. 

Where do I park?​

We are located in a hip and lively neighborhood, so there is a designated lot for parking. Please keep in mind there is a popular restaurant next to us, so it becomes more limited during peak restaurant hours, so allow some extra time for parking. Be mindful of any towing signs! 

What Should I Wear?

Although I take every measure , the best way to protect your clothing from color is to remember it's color day  so it's best to wear darker colors and no heavy collars (but dont worry, i'll still take every measure to protect you from color stains such as caps, towels, smocks, color capes, and plastic capes to name a few). 

 

That said, protect your peace girl + please come dressed comfortably :) 

I'm not sure if I love my hair...​

Oh no! Although this rarely ever happens, thank you for letting me know. If your hair did not live up to what we discussed during your consult, please notify me within 7 days of your appointment; I would love the opportunity to make an adjustment. I do not offer refunds, and any issues that pop up after 7 days will require a new appointment. 

​

For corrective services, please understand that they are a process that can take multiple paid sessions. Although I will do my best to ensure your hair looks amazing, it's still a chemical service; which can be unpredictable and it will not always be perfect within corrective situations or compatible with the chemistry of your hair.

PLEASE NOTE:

I cannot guarantee any color services if you do not purchase  professional hair products or follow my hair care recommendations. Color fading and unwanted tonal changes within 7 days of your appointment can be caused by using the wrong haircare products, excessive washing, wrong temperature use, ect.
